Warranty Details
SKK warrants their cookware to be free from material defects or workmanship for the period indicated in the table below. As long as you use your SKK cookware in accordance with the Product Instructions and the Use and Care Instructions, it should yield years and years of unparalleled satisfaction with zero defects. Failure to follow these instructions will void your warranty.

It is the consumer's responsibility to keep their cookware clean to ensure its long-term performance. Scratch marks caused by metal utensils do not constitute a warranty claim, as they are merely cosmetic and will not impede the non-stick performance. An accumulation of food residues (due to improper cleaning and maintenance) may negatively affect the non-stick coating. This constitutes negligence that will void your warranty claim.
The Serious Chef 30-Day Return Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify The Serious Chef within 30 days of the delivery date. We suggest you document the damage/defect by taking as many detailed photos as possible.
VERY IMPORTANT: Before you return your cookware, you MUST contact us (The Serious Chef) using this "Contact Us" link. Explain the reason for your return. We will supply you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the address where you can ship your return. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Any returns received without an RMA number, or shipped to the wrong address will be refused. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your cookware using the carrier of your choice (we recommend insuring your package). We will pay the return costs (to ship the replacement cookware back to you).
Repair or replacement does not extend the duration of your original warranty, nor does it begin a new warranty period. If an identical piece of cookware is not available at the time of repair or replacement, the Serious Chef and SKK reserve the right to substitute another piece of cookware of equal or higher value. Commercial use is excluded from any warranty. The rims of the cookware are not included in the warranty, as normal wear and tear do constitute a warranty claim.
Defects occurring more than 30 days AFTER delivery become part of SKK's warranty (see table above). Please contact SKK directly for warranty terms and conditions:
