Free of PFOA
Perhaps you have heard or read about the negative health concerns associated with a substance known as PFOA. PFOA (also known as C8) is an anacronym for PerFluoroOctanoicAcid. It is a man-made material used in the production of PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene), better known as Teflon, which is the coating that gives your cookware its non-stick properties.
