RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in brand new condition, exactly as you received it. If you used the cookware, you now own it. We cannot accept used cookware simply because you changed your mind.
Your item must still be in the original packaging.
You must be able to reference your original invoice number as proof of purchase.
VERY IMPORTANT: Before you ship your cookware, you MUST contact us using this "Contact Us" link. Explain the reason for your return. As long as your cookware is in brand new, unused condition, "I changed my mind" is a valid reason to return new, unused cookware. We will supply you with a return authorization number and the address where you can ship your return. Any returns received without a return authorization number, or shipped to the wrong address will be refused. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your cookware using the carrier of your choice (we recommend insuring your package).
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it. After inspecting your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If we determine that your pan has been used, you will forfeit your refund and we will donate your cookware to a local soup kitchen.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. Refunds do not include the charges we incurred to ship the pan to you from Germany, nor do they include any customs charges we may have incurred. Average shipping costs vary between $135 and $350 (sometimes more, sometimes less). See our "Shipping" page for more information. We will send you our DHL/customs invoice, so you can see the exact costs we incurred for your order. Your refund will be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The time it takes for you to receive your credit will be dependent upon your card issuer's policies (usually only a few days, but it can take up to 2 weeks). This is beyond our control.
